- On all bookings credit / debit card details are taken to secure the booking.
- The card must be valid when booking your accommodation and for the period booked.
- On bookings of 3 nights or more a non-refundable deposit of 1 nights stay will be taken.
- Bookings cancelled 7 days prior to check-in will be charged at the full amount. Bookings cancelled between 7 and 14 days prior to check-in will be charged at 50% of the full amount. If cancellation does occur, we will endeavour to rebook the space and refund the cancellation fee.
- Cancellation insurance is relatively inexpensive and we would recommend that you take this out prior to your visit. (see www.world-first.co.uk)
- Guests are invited to arrive between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. If you are going to arrive later than 7.00pm please call us.
- Check out time is 10.00am weekdays and Saturday and 11.00am on Sundays
- Breakfast is served between 8.00am and 9.00am (earlier if requested)
- Swan Hill House is unsuitable for small children and therefore we do not accept children under the age of twelve.
- Dogs are not accepted
- Parking is available at the rear of the house. Cars are parked at the owners risk and we accept no responsibility for valuables left in cars.
- Bookings can be made on line, click here Swan Hill House is a non smoking establishment. It is against the law to smoke in these premises.
