• On bookings of one night a 50% deposit is taken to confirm the booking. On bookings of two nights or more, the cost of the first nights stay is taken as deposit. If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours before check in time it will be charged at the full amount. Bookings cancelled between 48 hours and 7 days prior to check in will be charged at 50% of the full amount unless the room can be re let.
• Guests are invited to arrive between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. If you are going to arrive later than 7.00pm please call us.
• Check out time is 10.00am weekdays and Saturday and 11.00am on Sundays
• Breakfast is served between 8.00am and 9.00am (earlier if requested)
• Children 12 years old and over are welcome to stay.
• Dogs are not accepted
• Private gated car park at the rear of the house . Cars are parked at the owners risk and we accept no responsibility for valuables left in cars.
• Cancellation insurance is relatively inexpensive and we can let you have details (see www.world-first.co.uk)
